Other than that regular expert lectures, workshops, seminars and panel discussions are being organised through various departments of the university to ensure that students are able to interact and observe the executives from the industry.<\/p><p>Another innovative step in making the liaison with industry stronger is collaboration with representatives from industry in various academic boards from consistent suggestions and recommendations in scheme and syllabus of the various post graduate programmes of the university. Field trips and industrial excursions is one of the more usual ways followed at . An initiative was started by the university to develop the basic ground skills along with ICT and others as analytical, web page designing, soft skills, etc among the students in order to make them employable and thus could contribute in the employment generation process in the Indian Economy. For helping the Economically weaker students, a programme has been initiated to create fund for purposes of investment in the entrepreneurship ventures various segments of society, banks, Mudra yojna, other stand up India Scheme, MSME loan schemes etc. Help in this regard is being taken from the \u201cAryabhata Incubation Centre\u201d established at university, Industries, University funds, social contributions and faculty contributions.<\/p><p><strong>Skill Development Centre: <\/strong>University has established skill development centre which has identified around 200 students who are interested in Self-Employment in the existing affiliate colleges as well as University Teaching Departments of the university. Also, around 70 students were identified who were already engaged in some self-employment avenue.
