    The Department of Management at CBLU offers a highly conducive academic environment to work closely with the hard-working and focused group of Professors and continuous mentoring from the industry leaders. The department aims at developing managers who exhibit an ever-evolving sense of business excellence and a strong commitment to social and ethical standards. The department offers its flagship M.B.A. programme with dual specialization in the functional areas of Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Information Technology with an intake of 40 students. To cater to the latest demands from the industry, this course focuses on action learning, engineered by a team of energetic faculty members with excellent academic backgrounds and proven talents. Further, it also invites renowned academicians, industrialists and professionals from various institutes, universities and the corporate world regularly for the benefit of the students. Several students have been placed at various reputed organizations i.e. RBI, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, HDFC Bank etc. and serving the community in the best possible manner.\u00a0<\/p>

    Keeping in mind the current trends in the industry, the department has started a Postgraduate Diploma Programme in Business Analytics. The IT revolution, social media and digitization have led to the creation of huge volumes of data. At the World Economic Forum, 2019, it was estimated that data scientists and analysts would become one of the highest in-demand roles in the world by 2020. In India alone, a huge pool of jobs is available in the area of Business \/ Data Analytics.<\/p>\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n\t\t \n
