    The department of Management at CBLU offers a highly conducive academic environment, to work closely with the hard working and focused group of faculty and continuous mentoring from the Industry leaders. The aim of the department is to develop managers who exhibit an everevolving sense of business excellence and strong commitment for the society and ethical standards. The department offers its flagship M.B.A. programme with dual specialization in the functional areas of Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Information Technology with an intake of 40 students. To cater the latest demands from the industry, this course focuses on action learning, engineered by a team of energetic faculty members with excellent academic background and proven talents. Further, it also invites regularly, renowned academicians, industrialists and professionals from various institutes, universities and corporate world, to the benefit of the students. A significant number of students have been placed at various reputed organizations i.e. RBI, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, HDFC Bank etc. and serving the community in the best possible<\/p>

    Keeping in mind the current trends in the Industry, the department has started a Post Graduate Diploma Programme in the Business Analytics. The IT revolution, social media and digitization have led to the creation of huge volumes of data. The PG Diploma in Business Analytics provides the domain expertise, programming skills and application frameworks to transform the raw data into useful business insights. The programme helps to learn the exact information needs of the industry and finding the trends and solutions, which can lead to better process control, learning from the past experience and also to make data driven business decisions.<\/p>

    The 5 year integrated programme being offered by the Department has a focus to work with the outstanding young students and transforming them into corporate managers. The students will be getting a degree of MBA after completion of the course. However, if any student voluntarily intends to exit the program after successfully completing the 3 years, he\/she will be awarded a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).<\/p>

    The department has recently designed dynamic and research-focused curriculum. The department organises all kinds of summative learning techniques to prepare the students for the corporate as well as to take up new start-ups. Students are also motivated to participate actively in seminars, symposiums, conferences and workshops. The qualified faculty members of the department had received research funds from different Government funding agencies. Research supervision is provided to the students that are enrolled in postgraduate and doctoral programmes.<\/p>

    FCM offers innovative, unique and creative programmes to meet the aspirations of young undergraduate students to become skilful and knowledgeable professionals, change agents and social leaders. The programmes are designed to provide intellectual maturity, a holistic education, and lay foundations of leadership and professional skills in the students, so that they can craft a career of their choice and make a difference to themselves and society. To add to it, The Faculty of Commerce and Management promotes entrepreneurship and e-commerce fields.<\/em><\/p>

    FCM offers Ph.D. in Management, Ph.D. in Commerce, MBA, M. Com, M.A. Economics, P.G. Diploma in Business Analytics, Certificate Courses in TALLY & Digital Marketing.\u00a0 The Department of Management has got the approval to start the 5-year integrated M. B. A. program.<\/em><\/p>

    At initial stage, in the first year of the post graduate programme, we help the students understand the implications of their theoretical knowledge, leverage it and meet their strategic goals. In Second Year, they can opt for dual specialization in Marketing, HR, Finance and IT. Similarly in M. Com, the students go for specialisation subjects in their second year of study. In second year of M.A. Economics too, the students have the optional groups to be opted for the specialisation in their study.<\/em><\/p>

    All the programmes offered helps to identify and amplify the leadership potential of youngsters in India and prepare them to shoulder challenging managerial and administrative responsibilities in Indian and Global context.<\/em><\/p>

    The Department of Management has signed an MOU on behalf of CBLU with United International University, Dhaka, where in a faculty exchange program is ongoing.<\/em><\/p>
